Personal Favorites

Taken ( 96 Hours )

My absolut favorite thriller movie is Taken with Liam Nesson
i really like the storyline in this movie: The seventeen years old Kim is the pride and joy of her father Bryan Mills. Bryan is a retired agent who left the Central Intelligence agency to be near Kim in California. Kim lives with her mother Lenore and her
wealthy stepfather Stuart. Kim manages to convince her reluctant father to allow her to travel to Paris with her friend Amanda. When the girls arrive in Paris they share a cab with a stranger named Peter, and Amanda lets is slip that they are alone in Paris. Using this Information an Albanian gang of human traffickers kidnaps the girls. Kim barley has time to call her father and give him informations. Her father gets to speak briefly to one of the kidnappers and he promised to kill the kidnappers if they do not let his daughter go. The Kidnapper wishes him "good luck". So  Bryan Mills travels to paris so search his daughter and her friend.

And Liam Nesson was always one of my favorite actors.

Shutter Island

Shutter Island is on the second place. Its an American psychological thriller directed by Martin Scorsese.
Storyline: It's 1954, and up-and-coming U.S marshal Teddy Daniels(Leonardo DiCaprio) is assigned to investigate the disappearance of a patient from Boston's Shutter Island Ashecliffe Hospital. He is been pushing for an assignment on the island for personal reasons, but before long he wonders whether he hasn't been brought there as part of a twisted plot by hospital doctors whose radical treatments range from unethical to illegal to downright sinister. Teddy's shrewd investigating skills soon provide a promising lead, but the hospital refuses him access to records he suspects would break the case wide open. As a hurricane cuts off communication with the mainland, more dangerous criminals "escape" in the confusion, and the puzzling, improbable clues multiply, Teddy begins to doubt everything- his memory, his partner, even his own sanity.
