The Walking Dead (Season 3)

The Walking Dead the cult series of the last two years.

 In the first frame of the sequence we have 

again the company which is producing 

the series.

 The main actor/character in 

The Walking Dead

 They are trying to use things you can 

associate with the character in the series

here for example the police star 

Andrew Lincoln (Rick Grimes) is a 

police officer in the series.

 We have a lot of weird things in this 

opening sequence.

A lot of close-ups are used.

 We have again something we can 

associate with the character in the series

Norman Reedus (Daryl Dixon)

always uses a crossbow.

 The house is one if the main locations 

out of season two.

 Shot of a Greave stone was might used 

because of all the dead the characters

in the series have to experience.

 The door with the footsteps outside 

i used to create a sort of scary theme 

 i think.

 Now we have a extreme close-up

of an eye.

I think it is a eye of one of the zombies.

                                 They are trying to illustrate a POV shot 

of a zombie.

 Generally they are showing us images

where we can see that our world is 

"destroyed" or that there a only a 

few people left.

 Extrem Close-up to the end of the saw.

                                   The Prison is the main location in the 

Third season.

 Extrem long-shot of the Prison.

 And at the end we have THE WALKING DEAD 

in capital letters.
